We then move on to the main design phase, where we create up to two design options for you. These options include site plans, schematic floor plans, exterior views, and 3D CAD-modeled exterior views. We design as if we were you—seeing through your eyes and feeling what you feel—to ensure that the final designs truly reflect your vision.
Once you have selected a design option, the final phase of our design process begins. This involves incorporating your changes on the schematic plans and creating detailed construction drawings that your builder can use.
