So what is our process? First, you’ll fill out a project questionnaire so that we understand more about how you live, why you want to build a new home, and what your wants are. Then, we’ll visit the site of your future home to measure and photograph everything (whether the lot or the existing home) so that we can start our design accurately.

After that, we’ll work with you to list out each space of your new home, including the purpose of each room, the approximate size, and the scope of the entire project. Once we have a general idea, we’ll create up to two design options, both of which include site plans, schematic floor plans, exterior views, and 3D CAD modeled exterior views.

The final phase of the design starts with incorporating your changes and comments on the schematic plans and ends with creating detailed construction drawings that your builder can use and which are suitable for obtaining the building permits. We include structural engineering and can hire and manage civil engineers, arborists, and soil scientists on your behalf.
